Here wishing everyone out there a Happy New Year!!
Let me look back at the year and do some reflection. I believe when I see this a few years down the road, I probably will think "OMG! Did I do that?!" Hahaha! But anyway, personally I think 2009 hasn't been the best of years for me. Though there were happy moments, but they never lasted long enough for me to remember them. I'm so superficial I only look at the bad stuff and not the good.
I have lost many friends in the midst of this 365 days. People whom I call friends but never reciprocrated the same feelings that I do towards them. They were the greatest casualties for me in this year. Nevertheless, I have known better friends, and strengthen my relationships with some others. That's something I should really appreciate.
My family was almost a disaster at the first half of this year. Our relationship slowly grew closer and we become happier to come home. Although its not perfect now, but at least its getting better and better. I'm only worried for my sister who doesn't seem to have seen the light yet. Hope all gets better in the new decade!
Have made some achievements with regards to NPCC. Nothing much to show off, nor be extremely happy about, but just to be grateful I am given the opportunity to assume the responsibilities. My career in here is going to end soon. Not just yet because I have one last event. If all goes well, I just want to have one last parade.
My journey in my tertiary education is also ending very soon. Thus, a new one serving the Nation comes up next. I must admit I haven't been doing very well in my studies due to various reasons. But I'll be happy if my grades can continue to improve every semester. Serving the Nation is next. I'm quite excited yet dreading to go. Yet another milestone to conquer.
Rejections. Oh, I had plenty of them this year. Hahaha. I think I need to do more research on this one. Nothing much to elaborate on, except good luck to me!
Eventful year I had. Much more for me to see in future years to come. No habit of coming up with new year resolutions, so all I can say is, ALL THE BEST EDWIN CHAN!!! 2010 WILL BE A NEW DECADE TO COME!!! :D
