Seeking, Searching, Finding?

Sometimes when you seek out too much, you miss out what's right there infront of you. But when you don't seek, things don't just fall right infront of you like that. I really don't know what to do anymore. Maybe like what a friend told me... maybe they will only appreciate me when they get older. But, how long more do I need to continue waiting?
