I watched a documentary just now on Aisin-Gioro Puyi, the last emperor of China the Ming Dynasty. Its about his life as a child emperor to a puppet manipulated by the Japanese government to being a mere commoner. A very touching story depicting a man's life into a two hour short film. How he gave up all his riches and power to rule the world's largest continent. How pitiful his life was being a puppet by a foreign government. How he couldn't do anything but just follow what others has planned for him in order to keep his life and his family. How he married 5 times in his entire life. How he became emperor three times but was dethroned in the end. How he became a commoner watering plants with the other prisoners. How he became a war witness against the many war criminals. How he endured through his life despite all the hardships. How he was given the chance to live again after his soul has died.
If you have a chance to get hold of the book he has written, the original written by the man himself is 45,000 words long. About his life story.
Life is short. Kai xin jiu hao!
