When the leader has fallen...

I have been experiencing quite a number of situations whereby the leader is incapable, or has fallen, which results in the entire body to cripple and fall. I use this to explain my story: when the head of the dragon is down, the entire body will collapse, it can no longer function.

I think its exceptionally important for people to choose the right leader, in terms of skills, capabilities, wisdom, character, and everything that contributes to becoming a good leader. Without a strong leader standing infront leading his team, the team has no directions to move, unless another person voluntarily becomes the next leader.

But that being said, there can be good and bad leaders as well. Not for anyone to judge the leader, but his team themselves. It also requires a lot of courage to stand up to be that one person to lead the entire team. There are a lot of challenges being a leader. One will only understand when he is in that position himself.
